Whether you're new to Germany or simply seeking to enhance your cultural awareness , this discussion will cover key topics such as cultural adaptation, communication strategies, and collaboration dynamics within international teams.
Using hands-on exercises, Dr. Kimberly Crow, expert in intercultural communication, will provide valuable insights and practical tips to thrive in your professional journey. The talk will take place in an interactive way, where participants will join break-out rooms to practise some of the techniques learned.
Postdoc Talks: The online series provides an open platform for discussing topics central to the postdoctoral career path. You can gain insights from experts in the research landscape and the academic community, while also exchanging ideas with other postdocs.

Dr. Kimberly Crow is a German-American communication expert, who studied sociology, psychology, and social psychology and earned her doctorate in political science. Since 2003, she has been actively involved in coaching scientists from various disciplines in English-language writing and presentation skills.
