E-Learning: Grundlagen der Wissenschaftskommunikation

Im Rahmen des Projekts Wissenschaftskommunikation bietet die Hamburg Research Academy einen E-Learning Kurs zur Einführung in die Wissenschaftskommunikation an.

Der Basiskurs vermittelt grundlegende Kenntnisse der Funktionsweisen von Wissenschaftskommunikation. Dabei stehen Themen wie Dimensionen der Wissenschaftskommunikation, das Wechselspiel der Akteure und Zielgruppen oder der Umgang mit Medien im Mittelpunkt. Die interaktiven Lerneinheiten bauen modular auf und haben einen zeitlichen Umfang von insgesamt etwa 8 Stunden. Die Inhalte sind abwechslungsreich unter Einbindung von Animationen und Videos gestaltet. Das E-Learning ist im Zeitraum von Anfang April bis Ende September 2025 jederzeit online abrufbar, sodass Sie den Kurs flexibel in Ihren Alltag integrieren können.

Die Kursinhalte wurden vom Nationalen Institut für Wissenschaftskommunikation (NaWik) erstellt. Die Bearbeitung findet über die Online-Plattform „WissKomm-Campus“ statt, die über alle gängigen Browser nutzbar ist. Weitere Software-Voraussetzungen sind nicht nötig. Die Einhaltung aller datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen sowie den Schutz Ihrer persönlichen Daten sichern wir Ihnen zu. Mehr dazu finden Sie auch in der Datenschutzerklärung.

Am 1. April findet eine – freiwillige – kurze virtuelle Auftakt-Session statt, falls Sie Fragen zur Plattform oder zum Zertifikat Wissenschaftskommunikation haben.

As part of the research communication project, the Hamburg Research Academy offers an e-learning course for an introduction to science communication. The course offers basic knowledge of how science communication works. It focuses on topics such as dimensions of science communication, the interplay of actors and target groups or dealing with media requests. The interactive learning units are modular and take around 8 hours in total. The content is varied and includes animations and videos. The e-learning can be accessed online at any time between April and the end of September 2025, so that you can flexibly integrate the course into your everyday life.

The course content was created by the National Institute for Science Communication (NaWik). The course takes place via the online platform "WissKomm-Campus", accessible with all common browsers. On 1 April, there will be a – voluntary – short virtual kick-off session in case you have any questions about the platform or the Research Communication Certificate.

HRA’s Project for Research Communication: This workshop is part of a larger research communication project which is funded by the Claussen-Simon-Stiftung. It can be credited to the basic module of the certificate in research communication.
